Rooms were a decent size considering I was reading a lot of reviews for other hotels where the rooms were small. The location was perfect. They have onsite parking for guests for a decent rate, I don't remember what it was but it seemed better than other hotels. However, there is also plenty of street parking available that is free after 7pm if I remember correctly until 8am the next day and you can reserve up to two hours ahead with the parking kitty app. Free wine happy hour was nice with cheese and crackers. They have a little coffee shop available if you want specialty coffee but also have a free simple drip coffee bar. Overall, would say a great value for location.

This hotel is gorgeous. They had complementary wine bar at 5 PM and the location of the hotel was smack dab in the middle of everything that you could ever possibly want. All within walking distance was food and shopping. Hotel room was beautiful. We had a suite that was super clean and very comfortable. The beds were the perfect firmness and softness and so were the pillows. The towels also smelled good. I was happy to learn that they had a locked garage that belonged to only them. We love this hotel and we plan on staying here again next time we visit Portland.

This stay was a complete contrast to our early stay of one night 2 weeks before this one. And was fantastic. This time we had a room on the 6th floor and it was so much better than our previous room on the ground floor. This room was bigger, quieter, more comfortable and just a better experience overall. Kitchen was well enough equipped (2 of everything) and served us for making breakfast and dinners. Bathroom was modern and clean. Location great for downtown. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. Wifi good.

The hotel was great value. I really liked my four day stay there. It was clean and staffed by good people. Our room was spacious with a functional kitchenette. The hotel is an older building that has been renovated in a fun and tasteful manner. I loved the free wine at happy hour (5 to 6 pm) in the lobby/lounge area. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and easy public transit. The bus system in Portland was easy to use. Also the Saturday Market 10 blocks away along the river is well worth a visit.

The hotel is definitely older (as other reviews have noted) and still could use a refresh. The corners in the bathroom were destroyed and the executive king suite still smelled musty. The sofa bed (and sofa cushions themselves) definitely needs to be replaced. We weren't as concerned about the lack of housekeeping each day (and knew that going in). We enjoyed the wine hour nightly (from 5-6 pm) and refreshments. The staff were welcoming and helpful whenever asked.
